I think he is right but not to the extreme he stated. This was posted on the 18th, before Biden announced he is speaking tomorrow and before that threat from the White House website.
I think tomorrow there will be major developments, just maybe not to that extent.

Use discernment when you see things like this posted on /pol/. So many of these types of screencaps have come and gone and nothing ever happened or seems to ever happen.
That doesn't mean it's not legit either. I've just seen way too many /pol/ screencaps like this that I my initial assumption is fake until proven otherwise.
