It is known that the bulk of the immune system resides in the bacteria in the gut. An unhealthy gut creates an unhealthy body. The flora of the gut can be restored through fecal transplants and fecal microbiota capsules. Find a healthy person and eat their feces and inject it into your anus with a bulb syringe. This is the secret to health. The animals know this, which is why dogs and many species of animals eat poo.
It's not pretty, but it will get you healthy again.
According to Medical News Today transplanting feces of another person into your body has the following benefits:

Doctors primarily use fecal transplants to treat C. difficile-associated disease (CDAD). In the United States, CDAD kills about 15,000 people each year, often due to severe colon inflammation.
Research consistently finds that fecal transplants are highly effective in treating this dangerous condition.
In a small-scale 2014 trial, 70% of the participants had no symptoms after one fecal transplant treatment. The overall cure rate was 90% among those who underwent multiple treatments. The participants also had fewer bowel movements and **ranked their overall health more highly following treatment. **Other studies have reported similar success rates.
Doctors may also recommend fecal transplants to manage other gastrointestinal conditions. For instance, problems with gut bacteria may cause or worsen inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Researchers have found that fecal transplants may help treat IBD, though their effectiveness varies among studies. A 2016 review found that success rates in trials ranged from 36.2% to 77.8%, pointing to a need for further research.
Fecal transplants may also help with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a poorly understood condition that causes a wide range of digestive problems.
Research on fecal transplants for this condition is still in its infancy, but the authors of the above review noted that in a study involving 13 people with IBS, a fecal transplant resolved symptoms in 70% of the participants.
Research on the wider effects of gut bacteria is still developing, but if gut health does affect overall health, fecal transplants could eventually treat a variety of conditions.
Some research has linked gut health to other conditions, such as dementia. These associations may exist because gut health affects the body’s ability to absorb and use nutrients.
The authors of a 2016 review suggested that fecal transplants may eventually treat conditions such as:
- diabetes
- chronic fatigue syndrome
- fibromyalgia
- obesity
- mood disorders, such as depression
- nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
- hay fever
- arthritis

Lol
A similar (but more appetizing!) effect can be achieved with broad-spectrum/multi-strain, high-potency (50 billion/gram or higher), delayed-release probiotics. Epic-25 from Swanson is pretty good. Kefir and yogurt are very good whole-food sources, too.
Agreed! Kefir, too! 🤣
Yeah ummmm no thanks. I seen this once in a south park episode. It didn't go very well for poor kyle.
This is absolute poppycock. Dogs are scavengers and concerning ingesting fecal matter, their sense of smell can detect many odors in scat, including red blood cells and other proteins. Comparing human physiology to any animal, including a dog's physiology, is displaying ignorance of this manifest. A dog is very different than a human, in so many different ways, including their digestive system that we humans are completely unique to this world. Compared to animals, humans are more similar to aliens of another world.
This is the second time I saw this posted. Most all traditional diseases are spread through fecal matter, whether it is animal or human. My advice is to not buy into this BS. It is brought to you by the same people who told us that all 'fat' is bad. So, the food manufacturers removed fat from so many foods. It was a lie. The same people before them put arsenic in the town's water supply and claimed it was good for the people.
Like other procedures...when donor feces are introduced to reset the gut flora other unintended things occur....like auto immune issues reversing etc. But of course this is anecdotal.
You first.
Kek!
Oh gosh. 2 girls and a cup just came back to haunt me. Uhg.
A high protein, high fat, low carb diet combined with intermittent fasting has cured stomach issues of mine that I’ve had for 30+ years.
Slippery elm, vitamin d, kombucha
I am not implanting Hanky the Christmas poo into my arse even if it means a life time of free tickets on the poo choo train.

Or for a cleaner solution try using binaural beats. 😉

My wife has tried everything but this to help with her horrific gut problems. This was actually next on the cards. It's actually a capsule with the bacteria in it that you take. We have tried conventional probiotics and here we are 2 years later with the same problems.
If you haven't tried VSL #3 you should look into it.
