Hate to assume sometimes, I know I've asked some questions on here out of sheer ignorance on other topics but this one and the signs of vaccine requirements at Trump properties confuse me the most.
Trump has a lot on his plate, the management of specific Trump properties and businesses had likely been out of his purview for a long time.
City Ordinance would be enforced if local law enforcement is willing to enforce it. And in NYC, everything is being stupidly enforced just like in the Los Angeles, Sacramento, California Bay Area, Portland, and Seattle areas. Outside of those places, only the corporations and stupid CNN brainwashed business fools are following mask and vaccine restrictions! Everyone outside of this is resisting and not doing it. In my county here in Cali, our cities and county Sheriff openly declined to enforce these ridiculous mandates and left it up to individual businesses to “attempt” to make patrons comply. And so far in my area besides those brainwashed businesses, a school or medical site, no one is complying with Gavin NewScum’s orders!

I don't know how in USA,but in Poland and other countries there are restaurants who NOT complied even despite being raided by police thugs or being blocked with concrete walls. If you comply so easily you don't have the spirit Americans in 1776 had.

Fairly simple. The building may be Trump tower but the restaurant is probably leased to a company that has to comply with NY ordinances.
