Now...apply to this Government........They have the power to dictate we cannot cause harm to another human sure....aside from that the Government REALLY doesnt have the authority to dictate shit. This is why mandates are being forced thru agencies like osha and what not right?
Yes. It is the illusion of power through intimidation of the ignorant. OSHA has no power to legislate a persons health status with regard to medical procedure or treatment. ONLY in the prevention of accidents and industrial hazards of a work environment.
It is important to know these things and not just comply out of fear tactics.
I would argue that only God has the power to dictate we not harm each other. Governments are redundant and are actively trying to replace Christianity.
They have the power to prevent us from harming each other because we grant them that power, which is an important distinction. We are not like other countries; our government is intended to be for the people, by the people. The people giveth, the people can taketh.
There is always a loophole. They consider pure bloods as causing harm to other humans because they refuse vax, therefore pure bloods lose all rights to exist.

Two things I swear by:
Never take medical advice from a chiropractor unless they ALSO practice sports medicine. If not, they will light incense on your back and claim aspirin is as damaging to your body as cocaine.
Never trust or hire an attorney unless they have facial hair. Trust me on this one. No attorney worth his salt has time to shave. Same goes for the lady lawyers. You want that bulldog with the fuzzy lip and a hairy grandma mole the size of texas. If they wax their lip or pluck out their chin hair, they're more worried about their appearance than they are about your case.
Make sure the lawyer golfs with the da other lawyers and judges too.

We wouldn't be having these stupid discussions about mandates and how to recover from the government overreach if it were not for fucking LAW ENFORCEMENT who consider their precious job to be more important than the Constitution that gave them the freedom to live the greatest lifestyle of any lifestyle on planet earth in all of history!

I know it sounds bad to say this, because the whole idea of funding law enforcement has become a political litmus test for those of us on the right so to speak...however, I will say proudly that I would wholeheartedly agree with disbanding all law enforcement agencies. For those of you who would disagree with some emotional argument, I will only say...if you were out walking your dog one evening and some porch monkey or honkey ass white trash meth head shot you and took your money, I can almost guarandamnwelltee that no matter how quickly you can make a phone call, the responding cop will not be there before you die and the mugger runs free!
We have to understand the purpose of law enforcement...in case the name eludes you...they enforce the law mostly for those of us who obey the law already! Similar to gun laws...gun laws don't stop gun crime...at all! In fact gun laws are the governments guarantee to criminals that law abiding citizens will be unarmed! Well, in this vein, cops are the governments guarantee to the political establishment that they will have another stream of TAX revenue and an enforcement arm that will keep law abiding citizens obedient to un-Constitutional laws and ridiculous mandates!
Anybody have a copy of the oath that NYC cops take when sworn in? The way they arrive in numbers of 10 or greater to intimidate and remove unvaccinated from dining facilities tells me we need to look into the oath sworn, see if it mentions upholding the a Constitution of the U.S. and then start demanding their arrest by either the State Police or the National Guard. While we are at it the NYC mayor and governor need to be arrested for unlawful orders.
