This is way too premature. How can anyone believe anything that Brandon says? The OSHA ETS is still on track and it is uncertain what SCOTUS will rule when it hears this case on January 7th. I am hoping for the best outcome, but preparing for another failure from SCOTUS upholding our constitutional rights. If it is a disappointment, it is only strengthens our resolve to resist this madness.
Biden is once again telegraphing what is going to occur just as he did during the presidential campaign when he said on camera his team has created "the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics". Brandon is once again telegraphing to the blue State governors and mayors that they have their instructions on what to do, so carry them out.
When Brandon said "there's No federal solution", I believe he is saying it is up to big cities to implement Vaxx passports. And that is exactly what we are now seeing. It is well underway. Let's list the cities so far that have enacted the vaxx passport.
New York City, Boston (January 15, 2022), Philadelphia (January 3, 2022), Washington, D.C. (January 15, 2022), San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago (January 3, 2022), and New Orleans. There is currently an active discussion whether Milwaukee will also join the growing tyranny. The following states and territories require proof of a negative test -- Washington State, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
No! Biden has NOT officially ended the vaxxine mandate. No matter how much anyone wishes to return to a former time. Spreading Tyranny has the exact same psychological stages as an individual dealing with a tragedy. There are 5 stages of it and it is crucial for people to recognize it or they will be repeating the stages as the tyranny grows. Stage 1 is Denial, Stage 2 is Anger, Stage 3 is Bargaining, Stage 4 is Depression, and Stage 5 is Acceptance.
It is at Stage 3 Bargaining where people are at their weakest. They ask themselves -- "If I can just live a normal life", and "If I only took the Vaxx to save my job and provide for my family", and "only if I can negotiate a miracle". Bargaining is the stage where one clings to an irrational hope even when the facts say otherwise. This is when tyrannical governments often provide an 'offer' to appease the oppressed. It's as old of a trick as despot potentates and dictators have existed. It acts as a 'win' and the oppressed are lulled into thinking things are going back to normal when the very opposite is true. A growing tyrannical government is only providing the offer to confuse the people when it is actually meant to buy time for solidifying their tyrannical power. Replacing of leadership in a tyrannical government has the same effect. We recently saw this in NY with governor Andrew Cuomo stepping down, but being replaced by an equally, if not more oppressive despot with Gov. Kathy Hochul.
Are we winning? Each week it seems like more cities are joining in this discrimination. My point is Brandon is a LIAR from the beginning. And he has provided us ample evidence that he forecasts what is going to occur.

Is this legit? I know Xiden has said the Federal Government can't do anything. But I've not seen anything official about him dropping all Federal Government vax mandates. Last I heard, SCOTUS was scheduled to hear the OSHA case in early January.
So, that OSHA mandate is injuncted in 25 states, or half the country. It used to be the whole country until SCOTUS changed it. Additionally, Biden lost 4 other lawsuits on vaccine mandates from 4 different judges. He's even being sued on mask mandates by another 25 states

He may say that. But they haven't dropped the mandates or the cases in court. I'll rest easy when I see that happen.
Great, now how about challenging city and state vaccine mandates? I'd love for a lawyer to tell De Blasio that his medical apartheid can go down the shitter.
My question is what about the individuals who took the jabs to keep their job. What compensation will they receive from that coerced invasion on their body?
Doesn't matter because in the end, it's them that pays. Government's money is the tax payers money. Anytime the government has to pay out, it's the taxpayers that foot the bill.
The businesses that mandated it should be the ones footingsl the bill here. The issue with the whole thing is, even though there was coercion, they still consented to it and got it. Legally, most of these people don't stand much of a chance at suing anyone. It's not like they were held at gunpoint (yet) to take it.

For anyone who's actually wondering, this headline is misleading. The mandate has not officially ended. It leads to the DailyWire which links to politicians on Twitter saying, the WH needs to end all mandates then, if this isn't a federal capability. There is no end to this mandate, there are options at play for the unvaccinated, there's Q hopes, and take back our country by our own hands hopes, but Joe Biden did not become a freedom lover all of a sudden.
I want punative damages, from Xiden and all the liberal hospital administrators that couldn't wait to enforce these unconstitutional orders!!
