Don’t take a multivitamin. Typically won’t have the specific vitamins you are looking for in the most beneficial and absorbable form or dosage.
Here’s my pill popping regimen
Pills,
Methylated chewable b-12,
B- complex,
Vit d,
Lions mane mushroom,
Liver support,
K2,
Selenium,
NAC,
Copper,
Quercetin/bromelain
Evenings I take zinc and magnesium to space the zinc out from the copper
Liquid
Lugols iodine,
Trace/fulvic minerals,
Zeolite spray for additional heavy metal detox,
Apple cider vinegar,
Borax - for boron
Read a great book recommended here a few weeks ago called “Beyond the Arthritis Fix” and he is big on minerals - his big 4 are iodine, boron, selenium and copper. I wasn’t taking copper before but am trying it now.
Turmeric is good, D for winter times or whenever you feel you arent getting enough sunlight due to other circumstances - work, family commitments etc. C always, fish oil for the iodine and fatty acids, magnesium if you have had cramps. Garlic/zinc/C/Echinacea ones for if/when you feel a sniffle coming on. And multis that have more of the random trace minerals are better. I always mix them up and alternate different brands on different days, since some have additions and strengths that others dont and vice versa. The coq10 ones if/when you can find em and on sale, they are hard to locate sometimes.. especially if you are doing solid workouts regularly as everyone ought be according to their fitness levels and general mobility - antioxidants ought always go with lots of muscle or fitness training since thats when they are most needed. And gotta throw in a vote for the NAC as well, never tried this personally but from what ive read here and elsewhere it seems like a great thing for general immune system support.. and if shadowy deepstaters are trying to ban it.... thats probably a massive endorsement.
Break them up. I take a set with breakfast, some at lunch and some before bed depending on if they give energy (super B in morning) or are calming (magnesium zinc and l-thenaine at night)
Lipasuomal Vit C and B
Niacin (B3) AM/PM
15k IU's AM/PM
Zinc PM
A good gut pro biotic x 2 tabs AM
Fermented cod liver oil and butter oil (you can raise the dead with enough of this stuff) AM
Transdermal Magnesium oil PM
Melatonin PM
Lugol's iodine and a pinch of pink mineral salt in water. x 2 day. (with breaks every few days).
Funny, a group of us was just discussing this. We would like a holistic book of ailment/food/vitamins to take. Then let vitamin companies compete. It’s the way it should have been all along. FDA tests for purity. If the Govt and Drs really cared about our health this would be solution.

I take Dr Z's Z-stack. It cuts down on amount of pills I have to swallow.
