He also said at the end of the video that treatments should not just be available to "Ersatz Israel", but jews everywhere. Why did he not say human beings everywhere? Because, sadly, he knows his audience and they quickly cut him off. I do not think he is a wicked man, far from it, he was speaking to a particular audience and did his best to put it in terms they would understand. Those he was speaking to only recognize "jews" as human beings with souls, and he knows this. It is a very well uncomfortable video to watch.

It’s pretty normal for the Third World because of their lack of interest in basic hygiene. Simply not defecating in their source of drinking water would pay large health dividends, but the people who live by the Ganges haven’t figured that out for the last five thousand years.
Not eating friggin’ bats would be a step in the right direction, too.
