I'm a few miles from WVa and we have about 5-6 inches of snow right now. None near Watertown where Fort Drum is so they might be heading out to do some mountain/snow training.
We woke to no power this morning. This is a real heavy, wet snow - the kind that brings down power lines. So maybe they're headed out to help areas with no power?

two days ago is was almost 50 in the morning, most snow had melted... by afternoon light mist and steady decrease in temps... large heavy flakes of snow started around 8 pm and by morning we had 6 inches... continued to snow all the next day but light stuff.. we have solid cover of snow here and it was negative 4 this morning .. temp is currently 11 F... snow isn't going anywhere for awhile :(
Luckily the snow here usually melts off in a day or two. It was raining all day yesterday. Crazy temps here too lately but that's pretty normal for us. Every time somebody talks about Climate Change, I tell them in the 1970s, when the same goofballs were screaming "New Ice Age," it was 72 one Christmas Day.
That occurrence along with post 4414 was what convinced me Q was real. I had previously been a critic. Even if the Pence event was unrelated to 4414, it was synchronous enough to open my mind.
I wonder if you guys lived in the midwest and seen what kind of crazy things they do around here when they are moving missiles, or practicing doing such things, there would be posts on here saying the war has started.. lol
They usually have a convoy of 20 vehicles with gunners (anymore they are all mwrap hardcore armored vehicles better than I had at war), a couple black hawks flying all over hell with the convoy, as well as flying very very low, US marshals blocking the road at every turn and intersection, usually local police or sheriffs office is participating as well. It's usually a HUGE show.
I have. I used to live South of Whiteman AFB in the Truman Lake area. Was also part of the "ring of silos" area, command center a mile from my house. Saw a lot, lol.
It just seems a bit odd the number of Blackhawks making that long of a trek. Looks like maybe another stop at Charleston. Another group back a ways. I watch aircraft all the time as I have close family members involved..
I know this was about 10 hrs ago but I saw at least 3 military helicopters fly over my house this afternoon then a Chinook flew the same path maybe ten mins later. I'm near Wilkes-Barre PA. We were told to expect military help in a Scranton hospital around Jan.3, a striker force? Weird thing is I watched the news and nothing was said about them arriving today or anyone seeing a big ass Chinook flying low over the city.
I don't think we can be at RED_4 until after the communications blackout of RED_3. In my opinion we have been at RED_2 ever since Trump's Twitter was removed almost a year ago.
Wow, 5+ blackhawks flying together. Keep in mind, a chain of visible aircraft like that usually means even more flying without transponders on.

The weather map I had showed no snow. I know you guys can get snow that just keeps piling up all winter too. Used to have relatives in Black River.

Some of these made a fuel stop near Scranton today. I believe was at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Int'l.
So where were they heading? My mom and I were excited to see them. We never saw that many together!
Those ended up at/near DC and Richmond. How many did you count? Only 3 were transmitting there.
I saw three black helicopters and one chinook. They were headed southwest. Very low and loud.
The Blackhawks were the only ones transmitting. Always nice to get a visual.
