I take the same exact stuff twice a day. It's available on Amazon. Along with 6,000 iu (3 small pills) of D3 each day, and 5,000 mg of Vitamin C each day (spread out over 3 times daily). This is a recipe for a strong immune system.
If the NIH or CDC or FDA or Surgeon General did their job, they'd have told America to use this inexpensive, over-the-counter treatment to make covid slip right past us in the night. A passover, so to speak.
God gave us an immune system. Taken care of properly, it works.
Dont give Amazon any biz.... Have you done a blood test for your levels? like for D is 30-100.. I was 18 to start, worked on it for a year (test every 3 months) got it to 103, Doctor said to back off..!! 5000iu got me to 32, 10,000 got me to 63, 20,000iu a day got me to 103.
Vitamin B was also low, range is 200-1000.. was 202.. using Btotal 1 dropper a day got up to over 1000.. test pg said 200-400 would feel sluggish.. after 1 year settled in at 805..
Know your ranges, two low bad, to high bad..?
Ok, I am going to use your post to make a statement and a question... Statement: I cannot believe we need to take a tacklebox of pills everyday to be healthy, this is crazy thinking. Question: How does it make any sense? I know peoples diets aren't all that great, but how is eating handfuls of pills correct either? ~ My good friends are taking pills like this because they read posts like this and her husband has been peeing weird colors for months now because of whatever he is taking... I take a multivitamin and some Vit D during the winter. But more than that just seems too regimented to be reasonable, humans are still here because we a good at living thru almost anything despite nature, this mindset to me sees humans as dependent and fragile.
It's because the "food" available lacks minerals and vitamins due to the way it's grown and processed. For example, I have a pretty good diet but I MUST take 300mg magnesium each day to avoid migraine, leg cramp and "restless leg" syndrome. I've tried food sources (supposedly) of magnesium but they don't fix the problem.
You know I was watching something last night on YouTube about the amount of corn and vegetable oil in all our foods and how that can mess up the body since that stuff is all absolutely new to the human diet. My folks just had to start taking magnesium... Which I suppose suspicious. You got me thinking about is this a first world problem in what we eat... I've never heard any problems with restless leg syndrome and similar problems outside of America where I am I don't know about you? I think I'm just going to start eating steak and vegetables from the local market.

🤷♂️ I got the covids and use that as did my wife and parents. It does seem to help speed along colds and I'm sure it made it less severe for us.
