But I'm truly fucking disgusted. The fact that not one person in that court said anything about her just straight up lying is reprehensible.
I understand where you're coming from, but in her case I don't think she is necessarily lying, I think she is not very bright (many people's opinion) and is truly TERRIFIED of Covid (and let's be honest, at her age, weight AND a comorbidity - Diabetes 1, she probably should be). She probably read that 100k number in some liberal rag uncritically and took at face value.

Except she is a supreme court justice. As I listen to these court proceedings at this point its not even just the lawyers that are lying, its the judges interjecting with their own false commentary.
What do you do when a SCOTUS shows the public they lack the knowledge and understanding of law and lack the ability to disseminate facts.

I will stand by this statement. I believe she was a pure political appointment and a diversity hire. She was a weak lawyer and a sitting SCJ that's an empty robe who answers to someone else. IMO.
When the government wins this case, it should also then require OSHA to mandate the quitting of smoking and drinking of alcohol to employers with more than 100 employees! Big win for everyone!
Why not put Big Mean Mike (Obama's husband) on the SC? It would be more honest and transparent. He could shake his c*ck at people and pound the desk with it, in protest of "cultural imperialism" and the media could cheer him on.
