I think the entire argument was based on a false premise. They are so far in the weekd on OSHA and commenting periods, and whether or not the emergency is still in place, blah blah blah.
It is unconstitutional to require people to take any vaccine that they don't want to take. Full Stop. End.
SCOTUS has been a sham for a long time. Even if they come down on our side it will be a very narrow decision. They may punt it to congress, and we know where that will go. The only way this gets solved is "we the people".
I won't hold my breath. I'm ready for the fake conservative judges to show their true Bolshivik-esque colors. God forgive me if I am wrong.

Gatewaypundit is useful, but it's more of a tabloid *It's good for breaking news, but I wouldn't set stock in any of their predictions.
We know this isn’t about health. It’s about division.
What better way than to signal an intent to rule one way, and then inexplicably rule the other way instead?
How many days are they supposed to hold arguments before they make a ruling?
