Ok, since I was being douchey, I'll give a serious answer. I've taken the horse paste myself, and I noticed improvement. The notches on the syringe relate to weight. Move it to the appropriate weight, adjust the stopper on the syringe, and eject it on your finger. I put most of the gel under my tongue and held it there for absorption. Some I rubbed on my gums. Hold it under the tongue for a couple of minutes and it'll all dissolve.

I have directions for nebulizer from front line drs. The directions are for me. I am not coughing but my 3 year old has a bad cough. Do I use the same directions for a toddler.
