The vaxx is understood to be shite, so if your employer is still stuck on pushing it, then fuck em. Fake the vaxx, fake some side effects, and get your employer to provide paid time while you “recover”.

I shop at Publix every day. This makes me want to stop and then tear into some people. The sad part is, there is no one at the store to yell at, it’s not their fault. And any boycott just hurts the people working there.
I got the same email from my employer today. They say we have until Feb. 9 to comply or be fired. I will be fighting this with everything I can. We're already short-staffed, and this will likely thin the ranks even more. Let's hope this madness ends soon...our livelihoods depend on it.
Unfortunately SCOTUS didn’t do the sane thing and issue a stay while they thought about it. Heard that most places do not have anywhere near enough tests or testing capacity for companies to comply. Which could be an angle to pressure people to cave and get the vaccine.
If people can afford to hold out long enough we will see factories shutting down which will make the supply chain crisis worse. When it starts to impact automotive OSHA will cave. Just like the federal government did by reducing quarantine times when the airlines were canceling hundreds of flight per day during the holidays.
In Florida, the company is responsible for paying for or providing the testing. Tell them you can't get tests and make them provide them to you. If they don't, they'll be in violation of Florida law.
Publix was once the #1 of most respected companies in Florida .... this is very sad to see

Whatever SCOTUS does, Publix can still force a vaccine mandate if they want to.
Businesses will in general cede to whatever their lawyers recommend. And at this moment, I think most people still think the vaccines are the bee's knees.

No, corrupt judges reversed the stay right before the holiday break. Then it went to the supreme court which is still pending.
It technically went into effect on Monday but isn't actually going to be enforced for like a month or so.
