These lowly columnists aren't in on it. They're just morons who all happen to be fear porn merchants and genuinely believe they are saving the world.
Their boss' boss' boss' boss is the one handing down the orders because those are the people cashing in.
For whatever reason, the orders are no longer coming down from the top. All these idiots will act like this is 2022 "news" when all the dangerous conspiracy theorists were saying "LOOK INTO THIS!" 22 months ago.
No, but to have true accountability, and to establish true justice (which also involves mercy - there is no justice without mercy), then proportionality is a factor.
Which means figuring out who is culpable, and to what degree.
In WW2, the "I was just following orders" = not valid defense thing applied to war criminals who did horrendous things, like colonels, and majors, and captains, etc, or privates who actually rounded up people and murdered them. Not to regular army, and not to those who were simply part of the system.
If those who create the new system approach this from a vindictive, revengeful position, and just want to vent their rage by balming every single person, well, justice ain't gonna come that way.
I agree with fuguring out who is culpable and to what degree -- but, also feel the old addage "Don't shoot the messenger" should not apply when mass lives are lost, regardless of degree of involvement. Can't negligence can be considered a crime if the intent was to gain something in return by shielding the truth that resulted in the loss of lives? I'm not fluent in legal, nor the nuances of the different murder charges, but think involuntary manslaughter could apply in this case. I do think some sort of kickbacks were offered to media outlets and doctors for withholding life-saving information and not deviating from the narrative. Threats and societal condemnation for speaking-up were/are also at play.
Actually, if you knew about this, and you knew that speaking out was a death sentence, yep, you'd actually be scared.
We had one or two very brave whistleblowers, but you can be sure that a lot of rank and file were, yeah, scared, because they knew they were culpable and they knew that could get whacked.
I'm not saying this isn't a BS excuse propaganda piece of media, but yeah, I reckon the real fear was there. It's what happens when someone gets in over their heads.
Too scared to speak out?
Bullshit.
They were all in on the scamdemic from the outset. They all need to hang.

Just following orders is not a valid defense when it comes time to answer for their crimes.

I think Rust's comments are valid and relevant.
You write very eloquently and I enjoy your posts.

Nazi executioners were just following orders.
Agree. I guess technically they are "in on it" but I just wanted to make clear that these bottom feeder grunts aren't part of the mastermind scam.
No sympathy. Ever. I want fast-tracked and creative executions, maximum pain.
Every last one!!!
