Remind you, these vaccines are under EUA only. This EUA is COMPLETELY INVALIDATED by the US governments own admission as they admitted HCQ and Ivermectin are effective treatments for COVID, per Project Veritas's coverage.
They cannot enforce treatment of experimental medical procedures for anyone, and SCOTUS should be held liable against the Nuremberg Code.
Bet you're fun at parties
Bingo, why do you think 48 states activated national guard?? SC committed the final crime. Operation commie roundup...fingers crossed
Also, todays ruling doesn't address the 'federal contractor' mandate. Which includes any company that sells anything to any branch of the federal government. This affects a great many companies.
Yeah, my husband works on a military base for a federal contractor and I'm still concerned for him. So far, he's managed to get away with a religious exemption, but they've talked about the possibility that the unvaxxed will have their base passes revoked in the spring. In that case, he will have to find another job. So, I'm happy about this SCOTUS decision, but still worried. And it would be nice if the military had to stop forcing their men and women to get vaxxed, too.
Do you know when that case will be heard?
Sure, you bet. They do illegal shit all the time. But this is literally the biggest win this country has had since the start of Covid. The ruling today is bigger hopium for me than ANYTHING else that's happened in the last 20 months. And that's simply because myself and tens of millions were about to either lose their ability to earn a living and/or be forced inoculated.
That's off the table for now. Even if it only buys us a few more months of time, that's literally more than anyone else has done for us since 2019.
People who aren't vaxxed may still have their jobs at risk. A vaccine requirement may also be just a company policy at many companies anymore, even if there's no OSHA rule. Any company has the freedom to create their own policies, and that may or may not include the requirement to have had the covid vaccine. In some ways the genie may be out of the bottle, and some companies believe mandating vaccines per company policy will keep their workforce from getting sick as often or too severely so workers would in theory be more productive.
Wait, they ruled today??? I’ve been looking but stepped away for about 30 minutes.
