Before Anons get emotional about Trump mentioning 2024, it is useful to reflect back what happened after he said he took the boosters.
🗣️ DISCUSSION 💬
Right after that the floodgates opened, news started seeping into main stream and the SCOTUS struck down the mandates.
So what do you all think will happen now that Trump has seemingly moved away from 2020 ?
Smart Anons know.
How could Trump have a total of 3 terms when the Constitution explicitly limits him to 2? Change the constitution?
The Constitution has an exception that applies if a president is appointed to one of his terms, and only serves two years of less or said term. If the above two conditions are met, then he is still allowed to run for two full terms.
We saw this applied with Lyndon Johnson took office after he had JFK whacked. He became president in Nov 1963, ran for re-election (really his first election to the office) in 64, and could have ran for another term in 68, but he declined to. In theory he could have been president for 9 years or more.
The same could be true for Trump if he becomes speaker after the 22 midterms. Under this exception, he could potentially serve 10 years total, the maximum that the Constitution allows. This is also a more likely scenario, as I can see SCOTUS ruling that Biden is illegitimate due to the fraud, but I cannot see them outright ruling that Trump won.

But there’s no way he serves three full terms (12) years that I can see. Unless we amend the constitution which would be tough considering the liberal states, but maybe not impossible.
There is no republic right now, just a US corporation.
I think the corporation ended. DC isn't part of the US. I think that is what Jan 6 is all about.
So the constitution doesn’t apply? There is no free speech, right to bear arms, freedom of religion, 5 amendment rights against self-incrimination, etc.?
One of the Constitutions is about to change, yes.
