I'm talking to a lawyer tomorrow since the Navy put me in suspension after refusing the test. Check out 21 CFR to see how the government is supposed to handle emergency use drugs. I never got a response from my religious eexemption, so not only is this a CFR issue, it's also a 1st amendment issue. I've been harassed and discriminated against as a Christian. The government is supposed to grant you accommodations, which I have repeatedly asked for.

C O R R E C T. A lawsuit should NOT be necessary. All that is needed is for a senior executive in one of these agencies to acknowledge that the EUA no longer applies. Period. Circumstances were not met. If this was done intentionally (fraud) people must lost their jobs and go to jail. Its not complex. Lawsuits that take years to wind down are not relevant or necessary in a context where time and safety is of the essence, and people's lives are on the line.
