Wood was not Kyle's attorney and he wanted Kyle, if he was to remain in detention, to stay in juvie detention not the general. Wood also forked out a significant amount of his own cash to get Kyle's bail money up. Get your facts straight before you glibly criticize Wood.

Here's Lin's explanation of what happened in his own words (responding to questions from a Daily Beast reporter about the Rittenhouse interview on Fake FOX News where claims were made Wood was taking advantage of him)-

I don't know. I don't know what he's talking about. Fight Back helped him. We raised $2 million for him.. that we put $2 million attributed to Kyle's efforts for our foundation. We spent $2.7 million. We had a videotape done that I think helped his defense lawyers a lot. We paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorneys' fees and expenses, investigators' expenses, and we raised the money for his bail and the foundation put $600,000 of his general funds into his bail because his criminal lawyers told him, told us he needed to get out because they didn't feel like he was safe in Kenosha. The criminal lawyers thought he was safer in juvenile in Illinois. I did not represent Kyle as a criminal lawyer, I'm not a criminal lawyer. His mother asked me to handle defamation matters for him. After the criminal case, I agreed to do that and John, let me finish, John Pierce called at the end of November after we made his bail and said that they no longer want us to raise money with his name. We said okay; we didn't. They said that Rittenhouse wanted John to represent them in the defamation cases. I said fine; I withdrew with a letter. Hadn't heard anything about my doing anything wrong until now, all of a sudden. I don't understand. Do you?

Exactly. He says a lot of what GAW wants to hear, but his actions should be speak louder than his words.
