Yep. Intel has opened a fab here and is opening another one IIRC, but we still need more fabs here. American manufacturing is important for a lot of reasons, not even just for the U.S.
Having major manufacturing across the planet means fewer shortages, less volatility due to political climate and (also importantly) better quality overall.
That's not to say that Taiwan's quality isn't solid; quality control needs a bit of help though.
We need more major manufacturers here. We need TSMC, Micron and Samsung fabs. We also need the industry to support those fabs as well.
And then of course there's the major security issue of having a hostile foreign power (China) manufacturing most of the world's medication.
This is a difficult concept to grasp when you are responsible for a small number of people. As horrific a concept as it is, the laws of war are about sacrifice and goal achievement. A less difficult concept to grasp is a game of chess, you bait an opponent by placing a pawn or lower power piece to get your opponent to expose themselves to greater risk in the attempt to gain victory, pieces are lost. To apply this concept to human beings, or to some extent animals is a terrible concept to grasp. I, for one, an not able to bear that responsibility of making those types of decisions, however I'm afraid that in the right circumstances i would choose to sacrifice some to save many. I pray that i never have that obligation because my conscience would haunt me.
I highly doubt it. From one of my recent comments, slightly edited:
A lot of people on this board are delusional about what China and Xi are thinking.
Xi has really been amping up the aggression and he wants to be emperor. He's so insane that he wants to deploy a new round of biological weapons. This very board was talking about the hemorrhagic fever barely two weeks ago.
Now, while Xi is not a particularly good friend of the NWO (other elements within his government who have fallen out of favor are, or were), he is certainly no friend to America either. More importantly he is completely open with cooperating with the NWO because he believes he can defeat them later.
Although he appears 'nationalist', really he is a self-interested man who cares nothing for his people. Social credit, organ harvesting, random lockdowns after they themselves released viruses upon their own people... do people just forget about why and how China is a communist state?
But he also said yesterday he’s going to make China pay for unleashing the virus…trillions and trillions of dollars. Didn’t sound like it was friendly terms.
think it’s possible trump made a deal with xi that he could take taiwan in order to help him fight the NWO?
Depends if Taiwan is deepstate controlled.
Taiwan does a fuck ton of western chip manufacturer.

be realistic. if we need china on our side in order to defeat the cabal giving up, taiwan would 100% be worth it.
The cabal at its core is the central banking entities of the world. China are commies but nit necessarily "the cabal"
…no it’s not?
What about the Uighurs. Would it be ok to let the Chinese continue to murder rape and torture those people to get them to help us?
