Yeah people also were getting married at much younger ages because society could not afford to just keep a bunch of kids in the house until they were 25. People had to grow up fast and get going fast for tons of reasons. But in a modern society where we understand that brains arent fully developed until your mid 20s and the extent of emotional and psychological damage from trauma experienced at young ages we now understand the need to let kids be kids longer to develop in a more healthy way...we have been afforded that luxury through evolving science and technology. Social media has kind of wrecked this but you get what i mean.
