For the people who have actually looked into Flat Earth, I've been late to your awakening.
For those who believe this science, it's worse than the Plandemic science. You might take a step towards non-globe before figuring out the shape. And it matters that we're not in the random universe that they want us to believe.

I'm sharing this post as someone who admits my own heavy indoctrination as a former graduate NASA researcher and professional indoctrination wizard in our education system.

I don't see what the shape the earth is would control your mind...what does the shape matter? Why would either flat or round be of importance to whether God exists or not and first you have to determine what you mean. Y god as god means different things to different people.

The idea of the Globe is to make you insignificant. We are randomly being projected through space and we came from a big bang and our planet randomly managed to contain life but we are insignificant with the mass space that surrounds us. With the flat earth its more said that all things revolve around us. If the earth is flat and all things revolve around us that makes us more significant and bears the question why are we the center of everything. And if so does that make us something more powerful than from our current understanding. The Elites do not want us to realize our full potential so it's possible the globe idea was introduced to remove our understanding of what we are.

Flat earther: sun produces electricity that charges the gasses in space like a neon tube. blue is being produced by the ionization of gasses in a near vacuum at top atmosphere.

This is a long shot but has anyone here ever watched the anime series Hunter x Hunter?
Well just before the series could continue due to the creator falling gravely ill, the heroes in the story were set on traveling to what was known as the Dark Continent. Which existed just beyond the giant ice wall and was full of mythical creatures and all kinds of obstacles.
The theme of the dark continent always sounded strangely similar to what must be beyond the giant ice wall.
How can anything be beyond the wall? I thought that was where the dome is? What if you fall off?
I haven't explored the lore behind the ice wall as much lol so I dunno. Although from my limited understanding the best alternative model of earth is not necessarily that it's "flat" per se. But more like a honeymoon/snowblower.
You don't fall off. The ice wall would only be a wall to us, beyond it is a vast tundra with much more liveable land beyond it. This isn't my personal belief, but it is definitely in tune with what Admiral Byrd said about much more undiscovered land that lies beyond the poles.

Flat Earth is a psyop to distract people from the real reason NASA lies: there is a secret black budget space program and we are in contact with ET.
If Flat Earthers claim that Flat Earth is true then the Flat Earth model should give better explanations than the supposed faulty model of the globe earth. Flat Earth should give better explanations about the movement of the sun, the moon, timezones, coriolis effect, etc.
But guess what, Flat Earth does not give better explanations. It hasn't even got a proper model for the movement of the sun. Flat Earth gives worse explanations regarding certain observed phenomena, not better explanations.
Why make it so big. Any mariner and navigator will tell you, sailing from Auckland NZ to Buenaventura Colombia on a flat earth is a different journey than on a globe or even on a concave earth, and I should add, at least twice as long.
FE people are not influenced by that, of course. But I sure would love to see them try. Can we have some FE sailor volunteers?

I'd be willing to bet that you can't explain away why these emergency landings happened where they did on globe earth. The book is free online BTW.
Do you think living in Michigan and having the great lakes help to formulate this belief. Whenever i go over the zilwaukee bridge i question the globe/flat earth or when i can see Canada across white fish bay i question it. Driving over the macinac bridge of or standing the shores of the straights of macinac i question it.
Let' s start with more practical things instead of blabbering about issues none of us has any potential relationship with.
Sailing & navigation is not that hard. And it belongs to the realm of human endeavor since ages. You can do it with an astrolabium, kompass and sextant & tables. Hop-on sites all over. So, FE-sailors! Get into gear and get sailing.
And of course, there are tens of thousands of ocean-sailors to ask about their experience, airplane navigators, ship navigators.
Theybwont even consider it. But once you see it yku can't un see it.
How so? Look at any flat earth map and Columbia to NZ is a very straightforward trip. I've travelled quite a bit by all means and it all pans out on a flat map. Pilots, and their equipment, do not calculate for curvature, and some common flight patterns are absolutely wonky on a globe model compared to a flat one. I will respond with examples or PM you if you're interested.

A Buenaventura -> Auckland or AUKLAND to Buenaventura sailing voyage on a flat earth is different from one on a globe or even a concave earth. And since it is the most easy test you can do, all it requires is the courage to put your money where your mouth and faith is.
And you could indeed use an astrolabe to actually navigate. Just imagine. A device with a history of 2000 years used on a different longitude with such a journey over thousands of miles. And with an AIS we can track your vessel. With GPS you can counter track it. Afterwards we can compare your log, your gps log, and ais log and see what is the truth of the matter.
My prediction: You will prepare for a longer journey and end up somewhere else than where you expect to be.
So, I am looking for intrepid individuals of the FE-persuasion who would risk their asses on a perilous journey to prove their conviction and a point, and safe my soul.

Yes precisely! This is why I've not managed to fully call myself a full believer. This is my main sticking point. Until a model emerges that can explain all of this, I shall remain a skeptic.
