Me too, it's annoying in particular as it's my home county in the USA....
As soon as a good cop tries to speak up, the "thin blue line" smashes them back down and threatens and intimidates the good cop with the power of the police force. There are very, very, very few good cops out there. When there are good cops, they're bullied or forced out of the ranks, they may choose to leave rather than face such repercussions, or they realize they have no option but to play ball and fall into the thin blue line like all the other corrupt officers out there.

Depends which country. Interpol is doing good work, so are the Marshals and Dhs in the USA, and in india RAB ( rapid action Battalion). In Nigeria the military is tackling kidnapping as a terrorist threat and a number of bandits are just getting shot lately. Destiny rescue is an excellent private org too.
They work fine, check the settings on your Internet if you can't open them is my advice.
