What are the popular hair styles What is the popular music What is the popular food. What type of people look popular.
Those types of decisions are made when someone comes up with a marketing campaign.
There are 3 audiences to consider.
1.Cold - These are none buyers yet. You want them to become aware of your message.
Warm - These people know who you are. They haven't purchased anything yet. But maybe given you their information like an email address.
Hot - These people have purchased something from you and will most likely buy again.
When someone spends money on a Superbowl ad. They are doing so from Brand Awareness Purposes. These fall in the bucket of cold audience campaging.
Yes it's a form of propaganda. But we must ask.
Why is it spreading so fast?
That's because the Cabal knows. Marketing people are nothing but copiers.
They will copy each other based on what is preceived to be trendy.
not to worry, when the trend for specific template is over, they will just rearrange it. the point is - the trendsetters are coming from above. And they will end the "trend" when THEY decide to end it. Hollywood movie ratings are dying for decades - it does not stop anyone from swapping genders, races, and push political propaganda. Billions are at stake and noone above cares. All else is marketing theory.

In marketing it's either all about demographic appeal.

Could it be that the companies hiring the marketer themselves want people to follow 'trends' that they themselves sets due to being owned by, for example, blackrock?
Now what you are confusing is that if you replace the black person with any other race it'd still work. The 'program' runs on eliciting specific emotional response to the person being shown.
So for example, if you want more black leadership, show more black leaders, so more black people are more comfortable leading.

Yet, from commercials, you'd think 50% or greater. Every commercial with a white, has to have a black. And the white is always portrayed as the idiot or punchline. Every commercial with kids has to have every race and both genders represented. Any family is usually multiracial. Again. Idgaf, but is absurdly obvious and painfully forced. Like, its okay to just have one race in a commercial lol

Based on character, actions, personality, my perception of them as a human. So race, gender and sexuality do not factor into my opinion of that person.

Sadly, as a black person, Affirmative Action has made your qualifications a laughingstock. A potted plant can become a Software Engineer and a certified digital marketer, with enough Affirmative Action.
This is why I don't allow my family to be treated by black doctors - because there's no way to know if they lack the skill and intelligence to legitimately earn their qualifications. Without diversity hiring and Affirmative Action in academia, who knows which black doctors would be living under a bridge.

It's not a talk based skill. I can prove my skills by showing you code and walking through it.

Perhaps you did and that's my point: you have no idea how many more intelligent people were refused the same academic opportunities you enjoyed simply because of your skin color... and you have no idea how many more experience and better qualified people were passed over during job interviews because of diversity hire quotas.
Because of Affirmative Action in academia and the workplace, you have no way of knowing if any of your qualifications are legitimate or if you were employed based on your merits rather than your skin color.
Your education and career may be nothing but "pandering to the blacks" and you'll never know because of Affirmative Action and diversity hiring, irrespective of how highly you regard yourself.

You are assuming that I got my job because of AA. As far as I know. There is no AA policy at my company.
No where does it say that in their documentation. Companies usually are open about that when they have that policy.
So I can only assume I got hired. Because I out sold my competitors.
What are you wanting me to do here? Are you suggesting that I should never apply for a job? Simply because some diversity policy could be in place that I am not aware of?

Question 1: What is the job they are interviewing for? Questoin 2: What type of situations do they need to be able to handle?
Once you know those questions.
You can structure an interview in a more simulated manner. That can prove they know what they are doing or not.
