It is going great! I was big into Sugar and Carbs and my wife and I have wanted to try a diet for a while. We stumbled on the Carnivore diet and we are very happy with it. It gives you a huge boost of energy, it clears up your skin, you lose a lot of water weight, obviously it filters the bad crap out of your system. We are also very close to coming off of all the meds we take. My wife has type 2 diabetes and she has been taking less and less of her medicine.
The cravings were really bad the first 2 weeks because your body is so used to Carbs and sugar. It was literally begging for it but we have resisted and it is quite possibly one of the best paths we have ever taken.
Meat, Cheese, Eggs, and Milk. You can use spices but make sure they are carb free. Try to be unprocessed if you can but if you cant atm it is not too big a deal. The big thing is killing all Sugar and Carb intake.
Thanks! I was wondering if you were using it for weight loss or what. I heard Jordan Peterson did it, but I think it was for some other health reason. It sounds weird. I love vegetables and it's hard to imagine not have those. Maybe you get used to it though.
Is this a lifestyle change where you expect to keep eating this way, indefinitely? Or is it temporary - until you meet your goal? Thanks again.
Cool. I hope you'll think to post about it at that time. It will be interesting to see if you've become so accustomed to it that you'll want to stick with it, or if you'll want to go back to relatively 'normal' eating. Either way, good luck to you and I hope you continue to feel better and stronger.
Breathing air is part of the "White Supremacist Patriarchal Worldview" too. That's why the "vax" is designed to help so many people quit the breathing habit.
Eat a couple BK Impossible Burgers a week and the estrogen they're fried in will have you in touch with you're feminine side in no time! You may even get some man-tits for your troubles!
Wow, that is a crock of poop. Meat is delicious, especially when it is cooked correctly. If I had a choice, I would take seafood (crab, lobster, shrimp, etc) over meat. I do not want phony meat, chicken, etc, I want the real deal.
Well im a horrible person then because im on the Carnivore diet and all I eat is mean, cheese, and eggs.
How is that going? Are you doing it to gain a specific outcome? Tell us more if you're willing.

Remember, beer also has food value. If you're a horrible person, take it to the next level.
ME = Carnivore.
Hear me roar.
So, black southern bbq culture is somehow a tool of white supremacy? KEK!
