I knew it from the moment I heard the first reports of his death. He was killed. The fact that the family is scared to let that be known shows who did it. The family doesn't want his murder investigated.

Someone bashed his brains in and the family is going to great lengths to get it called it an "accident".

this could be a revenge thing as much as it could be "sending a message" or similar. if this sicko molested lots of people, there's a good chance one of them just decided to whack him. no bigger conspiracy needed.
