If a cop is respectful and conducts themselves with a humble mindset, they are more or less trustworthy and worth cooperating with. Otherwise, do not respect any tyrant with a badge. Any cop that comes off as better than you MUST be resisted and put in their place. Yes this may land you in jail. Just goes to show how far our system has fallen. Police cannot arrest you for using your First Amendment against them. Legally they cannot harass you for not cooperating. Cooperation STARTS with the police and ends with us.
Finally, you do not have to say a word to any cop under any circumstance. You have the right to refuse to say anything until your council is present. Obviously your cooperation is your discretion. But ultimately we need to put the SERVE back into PUBLIC SERVANT. And yes... This also goes for our representatives and ALL government officials.
They "protect and serve" the interests of the El'ite. Nothing more, nothing less.
"Keep the peace" means keeping it for [them], not us.
Same goes for our world's militaries.
The time to choose a side and take a stand is upon us.
Choose wisely.
The local fireman always know who the dirty cops are. That's why the cops always want to tie their unions together with the fire departmens. To protect their criminals.
Funny huh, When I hear an asshole sometimes it's a cop.
Sorry, law enforcement gets no passes since ah, never. The more the truth gets out the more people realize they are all corrupt in some way or another. Whoever controls local government controls the cops and it goes ALL THE WAY UP TO THE TOP. The only law enforcement that may not be corrupt are the county sheriffs of every county in the USA. Hope there are county sheriffs and their deputies who read this website and know when to go weapons free.
Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding.
There are more laws that infringe on your rights than protect them. The entire system is corrupt.
And you are wrong. They are are servants. The day they stopped serving is they day they became illegitimate. Most cops seem well and good, but I would argue that unless a cop actually knows the laws they enforce and the authority they have then they are inherently a bad cop.
Correct me if I'm wrong... But don't the "police" swear an oath to uphold the law??? Isn't part of their oath to defend the constitution which is the law of the land??? If the "police" don't protect the rights of the citizens while performing their duties as enforcers of the law, what use are they to anyone but the elitist cabal??? Just wondering...
Police = unconstitutional = statute. Sheriff=constitutional = law.
US-Citizen = statute = unconstitutional.
Take your pick.
I believe you about the Sheriff being constitutional since it's an elected position... US citizen "has to" follow the law which is expressed as statutes yet is protected (supposedly) by the constitution... Police are supposed to enforce the statutes/laws but I don't know if the oath they swear is to protect/uphold the constitution... I'll have to look into that a little deeper... Cheers Anon... ☕☕☕ https://www.discoverpolicing.org/explore-the-field/types-of-sworn-law-enforcement/ https://police-brutality.usattorneys.com/do-police-swear-an-oath-to-the-constitution/
Statutes, codes, regulations, ordinances do not apply to the people; they apply to corporations and public servants. The police are not a constitutional entity. They answer to mayors and such. The sheriff, on the other hand, answers to the people who elected him......or is supposed to.
I agree about the sheriff since he is an elected official.... If you read either of the 2 links I posted, you'll see that they state that part of a police officer's oath is to defend the constitution... The other part about statutes, codes, ordinances etc not applying to the people I disagree with... We thee people follow laws that are statutes, codes, ordinances etc... They're just called laws when it comes to us... Maybe I'm incorrect in how I see it but then that's part of the learning process... Cheers Anon... ☕☕☕
Check what a US-citizen/ US-person is. This is the door through which subordination to statutes are rammed through your throat. When you then want to make a constitutional argument, you get thrown out.
Courts are a foreign vessel in dry dock, legalese is their language, and when you are not a bar-member, you are intruding upon a party among ..eh... amice ( friends)
No argument on that very good point... All I was saying is that they swear an oath to protect the constitution and the rights of citizens... I agree that a lot of the police force has been coopted by the left and that the "bar" is a good ol boys club... Cheers Anon... ☕☕☕
Couldn't be said any better.
This right here. 💯 BLM protesting against excessive police violence, the militarization of our police, against no knock raids and a two tiered justice system are all incredibly legitimate issues. Similar to what you said, to be honest, I'd bet the DS even embedded C_A provocateurs within the protests in order to cause excessive violence and delegitimize the protest issues as some people saw it, since the police are the ultimate enforcers of the corrupted state. Definitely something to think about anyway....
Um, I do say "Fuck the police". And yes fuck the BLM organization, but we do in fact have more in common with the average BLM supporter than we do politicians and even police.
There are only two sides: freedom and tyranny. I expect every "good" cop to either turn in their badge or stand with the people when the time comes. And if you're "just doing your job" then I'm just gonna change your mind with lead. There are no inbetweens or middle grounds aside from staying at home and I won't harass anyone who wants to protect what's theirs and not get involved.
If they are acting on behalf of the government. Do not comply. Period.
One day your you, next day you're a cop. If you were a decent you then you will be a decent cop. If you a shittybyou, you will be a shifty cop.
Cops are hired straight from the demographics we all inhabit. The choose to "serve". Many forget that is the calling, not to demonstratre authoritarian assholery. Treat everyone's freedom like its your own.
They don't teach that any more. They serve the paycheck and nothing more.
I've been saying this for 30 years.
This type of mindset hits way too close to how liberals think. This is pretty much what they were saying during all those riots in 2020.
I hate even thinking this, but it smacks of hypocrisy. It's all "respect the police", "law and order", and "honoring the thin blue line" whenever we think the police would be on our side.
But whenever the police have a duty to carry out orders that we don't agree with, then we just toss those values right out the window. As much as we may disagree on some issues, they have a job to do. It's unreasonable to expect law enforcement to always act in ways that we agree with.
I'm not trying to shame or blame anyone, it's just something that I've noticed that bothers me greatly. This is such a huge shift in attitude towards the police, and everyone here seems to be cool with it.
Back the blue when they serve their communities and uphold CONSTITUTIONAL laws and practices...
Fuck the police when they act like mercenaries of the state. The liberals weren't entirely wrong, you know why? Because left and right are illusions that the elitists use to divide us. There has only ever been freedom and tyranny and those aren't mutually exclusive to one side or the other. In fact the right is actually to blame for a lot of the cultural revolutions because they tried to incorrectly control people. Remember when Christian groups organized to have Family Guy cancelled cause they made fun of Jesus? Yeah, that was wrong. The problem is that wasn't a one off incident. The church was not placed here to rule people. It's to give people the choice to choose a more pious and righteous life, but that CANNOT be forced otherwise it just turns into another form of tyranny as history has taught.
There's nothing hypocritical about having standards and no, you do not have to adopt every aspect of an ideology. That is a cabal lie circulated to mitigate diversity of thought. You are who you choose to be and no you aren't required to follow any rules on how you choose to see the world and what you choose to believe.
What was unconstitutional about what happened with the truckers and the Canadian police? I'm not trying to be argumentative. I simply would like for someone to explain the situation to me, if I'm wrong about this.
I'm not Canadian and I don't know much about their Constitution. But from what I've been reading about what is going on there, I haven't seen anyone claim that the truckers' Constitutional rights are being violated.
I think that many people have an IDEA of what is and is not allowed by various countries' Constitutions. But the reality of what Constitutions say and what people think they say can be very different.
Which is why I'm interested in understanding what you believe has been unconstitutional between the truckers and the police.
That goes for anybody and EVERYBODY in Parliament. Not only is it true for every form of democracy, but also MUST be true, lest it be anything but democratic.
Be careful or you will end up arrested and thrown into a cell, forgotten just like the jan 6th protesters
Lol. I'm not complying. I'll sooner die than go to jail.
