Police officers who arrived at the scene found the deceased on the bathroom floor. The man was lying on his stomach. Deep cut wounds were recorded on both hands, everything was covered in blood. A retractable construction knife was found on the side of the bath. A note was also found. According to preliminary data, it speaks of unbearable pain that he cannot tolerate.
Cut veins not likely? Why? Doesn't really specify what kind of cuts, so yours is purely a specualtion. As could be mine.
Just read the article, save for investigation into some of his company dealings nothing really to see there. Its an internal Gazprom issue, nothing to do with anything. Graft, typical graft when people sit on so much money and plenty of projects that could hide graft. On top of recently operated leg and resultant pain, also typical. Though seems he knew a prison term is coming once financial investigation is done. Plus, life expectancy for Russian men is rather low and is not much over 60. His wife and son left him recently. So...
You guys see things where they may not be. This was more than normal for Russians, nothing to do with global anything.
One thing to remember is that all the internal issues in Russia, be it Gazprom or any other business, are internal to Russia, they have nothing to do with DS. There is plenty of corruption in Russia and almost weekly someone higher up is caught in bad financial dealings. Or rather, they cross a line where someone says, "Enough!". They all steal, during Soviet days it was a way of life for almost all people there trying to survive. Your salary paid for almost nothing. So graft became the way of life and is so ingrained now that I have no idea how many generations have to pass for people to unlearn the behavior. Governments, local or federal, tolerate it up to a point, or rather a missed bribe :-) And then the foot comes down. Its either prison or eating some lead, most choose prison.
One thing that Putin did was replace bribes to mafia to be now directly to police. They call it "donations", of course. If you want your business not to burn, or worse, you pay the cops. That is how bad the graft is there.
Either way, whatever happens there has nothing to do with DS. Have no idea why any news about Gazprom excites anyone here. Especially fake news.
Curiouser and curiouser!
Classic defensive wounds actually
/me waits to read “subject was found naked, scarf around neck, tied to a doorknob, /w clothes perfectly folded and placed next to the dead body

You're correct on the last message, but we also sometimes don't see things where they are.
It's a mixed bag. In this case I really wouldn't doubt foul play, and plausible deniability is the name of the deep state's game

Most curious indeed, my good man.
