This is very telling of who he’s going after beyond Sussmann. I think this case is going to be a timeline of events to come. Just to give some layman terms for other frens…
Sussmann is asking for the indictment to be dismissed by saying the reason he told the FBI shouldn’t be a consideration. His attorney has cited different cases by SCOTUS but all of the cases cited were after a conviction.
This document is the governments response as to why his reasons were absolutely important. It started a chain of events leading to how the FBI conducted their investigation.
Key take aways and who is going to be in huge trouble…
It was politically motivated. He billed (was paid by) none other than the Clinton foundation. (Next incoming indictments)
Tech executive 1 - colluded with the DNC to spread misinformation (I’m gonna go with Zuck)
Law firm 1 - can’t remember off of the top of my head but the connections already been made in here. Someone’s husbands firm.
Research data firm- that was paid for by the govt under the guise of cyber security.

Interesting. I haven’t dug enough into the entire docket. Only thing that makes me question is that they haven’t been named and the original reporting of who tech exec 1 is was reported by CNN. I’ll take your word until I have time to dig further!

Here’s the weird thing, there’s some (too obvious) telling in the indictment. They (exec 1, law firm 1) will not be named until the big reveal. Otherwise they’d just name em. Explanation seems a little simpleton. Joffre created a platform, that was used to spy, reported by cnn. He retired. Doesn’t mean (he) his creation was the bad guy. Could’ve been bought out.
