Nope. His not doing anything about it is the perfect action to take. Remember, the People need to be shown, not told, and definitely not saved from the hard lessons they need to learn.

Sad but true. This has to get really fucking bad before they can make it better (if Q plan/devolution is real). Saving them before it happens only makes it possible to happen again sooner. Gotta shake the shit out of the sleeping populace!
Once money is allocated, it's often the Executive branch that is given wide discretion with regard to how to spend it. Congress doesn't tell DoD exactly how many boxes of ammo to buy and carve out a specific budget for muffins at conference meetings. We have billion-dollar slush funds all over Washington from money left over from efforts Congress funded - example: >$100 billion of COVID relief funding under the CARES Act still hasn't been spent.
How could the US gov lift the ban in 2016 without Trump or his people being aware of it.
They had to have known and he would have immediately signed an EO to cutoff the funding, donβt you think?

Trump was inaugurated January 2017.
The Trump administration could have defunded the program through an EO anytime after he was sworn in.
that would require the admin to be aware of it, and we already know for a fact they were keeping information from him...

Funding of the Azov Battalion was famously halted in 2018, according to the article.
It may have been one lump sum instead of ongoing payments.
The article says:
"Funding of the Azov Battalion was famously halted in 2018..."
Doesn't that mean Trump did halt the funding?
