I guess if someone is disabled, and can't physically deliver their ballot which they completed at home, it would make sense to allow someone to deliver their ballot for them, and if that person is also a registered voter and cast a ballot, then it would make sense for them to deliver two ballots.
Doesn't make sense. Should be possession of two or more signed ballots. Not just blank ballots. 'Cause the state can mail you more than one ballot even without requesting a ballot.
That sounds right. I hope the Bill states 2 or more signed ballots. The good intention behind every law made leaves another window for it to be abused. I hope they get this right.
