Not sure what the hell is up, but I usually don't go to the doctor. Got some weird neurological issues like ringing in the ears, anxiety, and muscle spasms and tics.
Just want to feel around to see if any of you guys are experiencing the same thing.
I've heard from a cple of people that they are experiencing the same thing. I've seen a lot of spraying by planes and I know 5g has been deployed.
Not saying this is what is wrong with me, but I find it strange that I'm having these all of a sudden for no apparent reason. Unvaxxed and trying to live healthy.
Yea, that's what I thought too. I've been taking magnesium and vitamin D and it isn't getting better....
Turn off wifi, etc at night
OK, well the other thing that helped me more than anything in my whole life is the carnivore diet. In fact, in the first three months I did the Lion diet, which is just Beef, salt, water and coffee, and nothing else. There is a FB group devoted to the subject if you need encouragement.
Normally I would not recommend it, because many trolls come out and hate on one who talks about meat-eating. However, I thought I was dying once. I would wake up in the morning and know that I was dead, that sort of thing. So, in desperation, I thought I would give it at least a month. It has now been over 2.5 years, although now, I have added eggs, cheese, pork etc. Animal products only.
My problem was with grains, fruit sugars, vegetables and legumes. I felt like I was allergic to life.
The diet is not easy at first, but it becomes the most luxurious and health-giving, life-changing decision you will ever make.
Keep taking magnesium, however.
Alright. Thank you for the advice. I did look into the carnivore diet. How was the transition to it? Did you have some digestive problems at first?
No digestive problems, actually it cleared up some life-long problems I had. The transition was more of a disinclination to eat at all. Eating was a chore. All meat was unappetising. Also there were periods of what I described in a previous life as 'low blood sugar'. This actually was better after eating,, so it was a delicate balance of finding out what was comfortable. I dealt with it by buying the best steak I could afford, and making sure that it had a decent portion of fat, which I found myself eating up first, because it was so delicious. I had to force myself to include a little meat every time. Also, drinking bone broth helped a lot at this time. It was easier to drink a mug of that then eating at times.
So transition could be described as self-enforced eating with long periods (24-48 hours at a time) of fasting.
I lost some weight, which was OK, but mainly what happened was that after about a month my joints stopped hurting, all the time, and my depression lifted.
I did see a lion enjoying a strong coffee in Zambia one time...
LOL. It can be done without coffee, but coffee was not causing me any problems.
My daughter had bad panic attacks at night, which went away when she took Core Complete (a source of magnesium and other organic foods in liposomal pills). I also stocked up on it as a food source for a rainy day. It is about $2.30 per packet. Also has our omegas. I got mine here... Emfsolution21.vasayo.com. Don't bother joining, just try the product, if you want. I love it!
