I've traveled to Piryugal, Netherlands, Spain, and more on many occasions. Americans, not only have a larger number of fat person to skinny person ratio, but the sheer amount of MORBIDLY obese people is unlike anything I've ever seen.
I haven't been to every country but even our poor have h7ge amounts of spherical people who can't even walk up a flight of stairs.
Of course. the bottom line is calories in calories out. Still an active lifestyle can increase calorie burn by say 500 calories a day.
A couple of can of soda would wipe that away. Even a can or 2 of 100% juice.
