Take a look at this video. Biden is eating pizza with the troops in Poland. At the 2 minute mark, look at Biden's forehead. I swear it looks like his mask is peeling away from his face. Sorry, I looked for another source, youtube was the only place I could find this. (www.youtube.com)

I've noticed his eyes are sometimes very puffy or they're pulled tighter. Could be a daily injection thing.
