Finally I'm seeing someone else point out the skull shape.
I also imagine no plastic surgeon could be paid enough to alter someone's skull in a way that would weaken it, because the bone would need to be ground off to change the shape. Would it grow back anyway?

Sure you have, at any school reunion you went to. The shock was not seeing someone change day-to-day which is what this may be. You are seeing the changes as mile markers not the feet in-between and gradual progression.
However...
The real dig should be to find the earliest shot of Biden in his current state and the latest shot of "original" Biden. If it's only a few weeks between them it lends credence to the possibility of an actor in the role. If it's years though it's open to doubt.

Biden is definitely off but sometimes I see the old Biden around the eyes. I'd probably start with his "Well sonofabitch!" WEF comment about getting the Ukr prosecutor fired and work around those dates.

And the real Joe Biden signed and extended President Trump's Executive Orders.
