Yea, send in them Louisiana yard dogs. Make gator s#!t out of it all.
"Louisiana Yard Dogs" LMAO!
Ohh when they're little bitty babies they're just adorable, they roll on their backs an let you rub their bellies, just go to grunting when they want that lovin, they're quick to learn "go fetch the yankee", but after they get about 4 feet long they start to get an attitude, it's like they're doing quick math in their head calculating the caloric value of your hand when you go to petting on them.
LOL!!!!
How is this not already a well known song lyric
It's because not everybody can have a louisiana yard dog. Real deal, growing up I had 3, a friend of my grandpa's caught them while trolling an gave them to me. You learn their language, the momma rumbles with a low pitch they come running, they grunt with a high pitch momma comes a charging and bellowing. They grunt with a low pitch when they feel safe or want FOOD. I guess it's since they have so few sounds, they use volume to describe intention. Anyhoo, pick up that guitar an go to strumming my friend, when you become rich an shameless, remember us, ur lowly friends..;)
Lmao I pictured a mutt breed of large dog that Louisiana people have that are trained and bred to hunt alligator, Luke the Irish Wolfhound has been used to hunt wolves.
Louisiana yard dog, I like it.
Bayou breed, with long tails and big heads. ;)
Can confirm from Florida. Gators are like puppies who grow into feisty britches.
Still nowhere near as dangerous as crocodiles. You're on their menu! Theyll run you down. Gators scare easy, they avoid people if possible.
Dogs need to beware though
How about gators in water? If you swim will they attack? I knew crocs were more aggressive and have heard of gators snatching children up, but was always curious how the dynamic is between gator and human.
Typically they want nothing to do with something so huge as an adult human.
Typically
It can happen, usually accidentally
They vastly prefer smaller prey. Birds, turtles, fish, small mammals, yes keep the kids away
They arent crocs, who hunt big game and actively seek to rip you to pieces for swallowing. Gators PREFER stuff already that size if possible, and view humans as something to avoid or a mild annoyance in their peaceful gatorly existence
