More oddness in sports. Comms? Killed by a dump truck? Walking across a busy highway?

WHY DID STACY ABRAMS STRIKE HIM????? lolz
not everything is comms...
I know, BUT, it is not normal for someone to be walking around on a highway. The article was remarkably skimpy on details. They didn’t say he had left a disabled vehicle.
I’ve been watching weirdness in sports since the Summer Olympics. This is just another instance of something that made go “hmmm”.
He was probably high as hell. When you do enough crack to choke a horse normal goes completely out the window.
He ran out of gas on the highway, and was walking to the nearest gas station to get more.
I'm supposed to believe an NFL QB doesn't know how to stay in his car and call road side assistance? Who runs out of gas in today's age anyway? The entire story stinks.
Don't tell the DecodingSymbols people that.
Never liked that site.
It's maddeningly twisted. But once you get the hang of it, it makes sense. I enjoy finding comms from stories like this, but I couldn't see any. I think it's just a report of a tragic accident.
Clues that it might include comms would be needless additional information, like if he took 23 steps away from the truck, or if a bystander with a weird name like Stacy Gump was quoted in every article. But not everything is comms.
Did you subconsciously use the word Madden because of football or is this a joke that just went over everyone head haha
Totally subconscious. Funny though, now that you caught it.
I don't understand it either. It's not for everyone, for certain.
My brother told me about this yesterday. He was walking on I-595 in Ft Lauderdale when he was struck.
Now, anyone who lives there, has lived there in the past, or has visited S.FL will tell you THE ABSOLUTE LAST PLACE you want to be walking is on S.FL's highways. ESPECIALLY when it's dark. There is absolutely no room on those freeways for even a break down lane, much less a walk way.
This guy was stupid.
I know the roads down there (Central FL resident with in-laws in Miami.) That is why I question this story.
A guy I played tennis with in college was killed when we were out of town at a tournament after he lost his balance, stumbled into the road, and was hit by a garbage truck...so it's def possible but still weird.

Damn, so young.
That does seem kind of dumb - guessing he was out partying late at night, not paying attention and in the middle of the road. Seems viable.
yeah very odd....he was walking around on the highway? it would make more sense if it said his car broke down or he ran out of gas so he was going to get help. but it doesn't say that it just says he was wondering around on the highway and they don't know why
No comms. He actually died getting hit by a dump truck.

The weirdest statement in the article is: "an open traffic homicide investigation.” Why? walking on a highway, at night and hit by a truck. In most cases like this the driver is not at fault. Walking on a busy highway, you're taking your chances.
wtf
Just Saying, So accidents don't happen anymore it has too be a Comms.
