Too many professional athletes are getting fat and out of shape and getting heart attacks due to lockdowns. Professionals athletes are the most vulnerable to bad nutrition and getting out of shape. A girl I know from high school had a heart attack at 39. She survived but it's insane to think about at that age and it's now being normalized. Also, six fathers in our town's soccer league died of heart attacks last year. I believe they were all under 45. Most of the fathers in my town are healthy and former athletes etc.
