They do, at an astounding rate. A lot of these guys arenโt natural. Natty professionals can live a long time, but at some point they need to stop being so lean because itโs actually really bad to be in single-digit body fat percentage for too long. Most of these guys will maintain in the double digits, low double digits, once they are done with their careers. They almost have to. Guys that arenโt natty? Theyโre dead in their 40s constantly.
Yes, this isnโt a surprise. Even if vaxxed. If he kept his insane unusual body in this shape heโd be dead befor 50 anyway.
Cardio kills gains.
Not strictly true.
Cardio can burn muscle if you overdo it on a caloric restriction, but if you are bulking and consuming a ton of carbs, protein and calories, it will not have a negative effect on your gains.
Additionally and importantly, health is more than muscle size. Cardio is very important for your cardiovascular health, which reduces a lot of the fat gain from the food you need to eat from those gains, and also keeps your heart in better shape and, also importantly, keeps your energy levels high, hormones regulated and allows you to lift longer if you maintain your cardiovascular health.
Spoken like a true faggot.
If you want cardio, lift weights faster.

Jab?
Yes, they say he suffered from โlong covidโ in the article. Sure sign of jab.
Be great if these articles identified the associated jab for reference
Body builders are like sports cars, they're not built for high mileage.
There's been an upward trend of bodybuilders passing away at young ages recently. While steroids have always come with severe health consequences, and the jab by itself already proving to be deadly, I would be willing to bet combining the two is the major factor in this trend.
I agree u/Humble_trashman ๐๐ป
Very good points.
C'mon, man! This is neither rare nor serious! /S
Actually, knowing that sport very well, and no Iโm not at that level, but the people who areโฆ Itโs not rare. At all. Guys who arenโt natural drop dead in their 40s all the time.

โLong covidโ lol
Roids
With the amount of steroids these pro body builders are taking to get as big as they get, this doesn't surprise me. And if you think they don't use 'roids, search out the Joe Rogan podcast with Ronnie Coleman, 8x Mr. Olympia champion.
