I have always found the upside down cross thing to be laughable at best. Nowhere does Christ declare the cross to be His symbol... in fact He seems to not care for any symbols whatsoever. On top of that, Peter was crucified upside down because he didn't feel worthy to die in the same manner as Jesus... so really the upside down cross could and maybe should be adopted as the Christian symbol, though it's not necessary either way.
As I said in another comment, most of those idiots do this to fit in. They think it's how they climb the ladder of success. Your average Satanist opposite your average Christian is actually quite harmless and no they don't eat babies. They can still be reasoned with.
However she is 100% correct when it comes to the top 1% of Hollywood elitists. They worship the Satan, they know full well what's what and yes they do think themselves arrogant enough to beat Jesus... which is why we need to fight like He could lose. But how do we fight? We do what He commanded: love our enemies, treat others with love and respect as we want to be treated, wash feet and all the usual stuff most Christians ignore.
What you think doesn't matter. It's what they think that matters, to them. Even if they are wrong, it's their fuel. You can't dismiss it just because it's false or wrong. If you do then you won't understand them.
To them, an upside-down cross is a symbol and a slander.
You can't dismiss it just because it's false or wrong.
Uh actually you can. In fact society would be less divided if we did this more for outlandish and stupid ideas. You CAN still understand them better, however if you believe that Jesus is all powerful and what not then what they do is indeed irrelevant.
It amuses me how many people say "God wins" with such arrogant confidence and then two seconds later are calling for a boycott of Family Guy cause Seth McFarlane made a Jesus joke. So either they're insecure about God winning or they are just assholes.
The left also had bastardized the word "racist" to where it no longer means anything. Do you still give them power when they label you? I do not. I don't care what names anyone including all the people here try to slap me with. None of it sticks if I don't agree and no amount of attempted labels will ever get me to accept them.
So yes, you can reject their pitiful attempts at slander. Because if Jesus wins, then it changes absolutely nothing and makes no difference.
There's nothing "woke" about it. Symbols only have power because we give them power. One of the many reasons Jesus relied on His actions to spread the Word, not symbols.
Christ's actions can never be undone whereas symbols muddy the water unnecessarily.
Random people believe rock bands and their fans to be satanic. Remember the bullshit crusade Tipper Gore led? KISS - Knights In Satan's Service; AC/DC - Anti-Christ/Devil's Children. There are those of us that joke around about it, and there's some bands that are serious about it, mostly black metal. Keep an open mind when it comes to stuff like that.
And remember the people doing this stuff are likely just as lost and confused as we are. Most people don't understand the ramifications, but conversely the church has done damage in exaggerating all of it.
I see them more as committing their self expression. Yeah it's dark, but the dark cannot hide from the light and will never overcome it. So with that in mind I think we can all learn to be better towards these people and remember that their anger at the end of the day is for them to resolve with Jesus. We are commanded to love them regardless.

The thing about being a follower and not actually being a satanist....
You're still doing the work. It still counts with the prince
Depends on "the work".

Nope. You're going to confuse the Hell out of generations after us if we try to pull something woke like that.

I understand that. You have to consider that you cant break the rules for the younger generation without first teaching the rules to break.
Otherwise, they have no ground to stand on.
This is prevalent when teaching music theory, philosophy, theosophy, and other arts.
Even in algebra, I cant explain how numbers are symbolic without people first comprehending the old system.

Still havent figured out that what we think doesnt matter, it is what they believe?
