if you buy freshly ground beef it doesnt have ecoli. restaurants that grind there own meat serve rare. I eat rare burgers all the time have never gotten sick.

Hear me out, find a Halal butcher or regular butcher near you. That meat is BEAUTIFUL and so clean it looks appetizing raw lol. My mom was disgusted with the grocery store meat and took a chance on a local Halal butcher…you could’ve eaten off this guy’s store floor and when the meat hit the pan there was no extra fluid and SHIT, just the tiniest bit of grease from fat. It’s less expensive too!
all ground beef has e coli - that's why you cook it until med. well/well done.

Lots of it appears to be the good, grass-fed kinds. Can't have the peasants eating healthy food.

We buy roast etc and grind it ourselves. Save around a buck a pound and tastes better.
