Elon is not in control yet.
They may have agreed to Elon's terms, but doesn't it still take a little time and paperwork before it's officially his?
I read somewhere it won't be his until 6 months from now.
Yes, I heard August or September to close the deal.
...still a long row to hoe...
...technically, if there is a better offer, he could be back to square one....
I thought that the suspensions, were suspended...
,,.apparently not....
I made a new account without phone number and as soon as I talked about men can't get pregnant after using it for a few days, it told me to verify my account with a number.
Fick that. Not going there until the rot has gone.
LOL feelings still hurt.
Twitter and Elon are still evil and yet everyone is taking the bait and guzzling the distraction
Seriously. Take a look at elon. Look at his satanic girlfriend. This is obviously a play.
Im hopeful, but I know elon is a scumbag. People are so easily fooled. The right attitude is to hope for the best, but know that the richest man in the world doesnt get there without selling out.
I got downvoted pretty hard for pointing out earlier that Musk does not take control just because everyone agrees he's buying it. Companies like Twitter take a lot of legal legwork to transfer from one party to another. We're probably looking at months before a true transfer of power occurs.
In the meantime, expect to see pretty erratic behavior by Twitter as it tries to reconcile the vision of the incoming leadership with the fact that the incoming leadership is not officially the leadership yet.
...I was told it could take a year, depending on outside offers coming in....
It could take even longer than that depending on how slow the SEC and FCC drag their feet. People need to understand that Musk also owns Starlink (the Internet provider) so he has to clear “imaginary hurdles” spelled out by both the SEC and FCC. Because they have made up/fake rules that make it difficult for companies that have conflicts with other industries to just both own a platform such as Twitter or a news company for example and also be the distributor (Starlink) - or - access point.
This process never happens overnight, ever. Especially if the Senate wants to get involved too.
...exactly....
...I sure he took it with his usual aplomb....
