I once accidentally grabbed a red hot metal tin and cried "Praise Jesus". A friend asked what happened and to our astonishment there was no sigh of any damage; I did not stick my hand in the ice box to cool it down, just called on the Lord.
Sometimes I can get myself to a place where I can thank the Lord for little things like the beautiful color of a tree or seeing bees even.
It’s easy to focus on the evil because we need to help stop it.
Good reminder!
Currently the crab apples are in bloom here in Denver if you go stand under one the hummm of bees is absolutely wonderful, it’s been a year or two as we had late frosts take the blooms so this is special!
I have a journal, and I try to write it every day before I get up… Eight things I’m thankful for.
I tend it helped to direct my day in a positive way. I’m thankful for many things, some of them or just things like a soft pillow, clouds in the air, etc. It’s helped me to maintain a positive attitude throughout all the madness. I highly suggest trying it
Trials & tribulations are blessings from God. The difficult & the pain is a gift from Him to humble us, being us to our knees, & depend on Him more & us less.
James 1
"26. If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not bridle his tongue, he deceives his heart and his religion is worthless.
27Pure and undefiled religion before our God and Father is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
Better than we deserve!
Far better - I never cease to be astonished by his mercy and kindness.
Same here! He is constant, whereas my feeble mind an heart try to go elsewhere at times. He waits for me.
Its amazing: the Lord of all creation stands at the door and waits... Never ceases to bring a lump to my throat.
He sees our redeeming value when we cannot. Our redemption was bought by His blood. How can we not praise Him?

If you let go fast enough this is just normal every day Leidenfrost science.
You can also do this with liquid nitrogen.

There's always something to be thankful for
Everyone should read James Chapter 1.

Do not be fooled by this Supreme Court stuff. It’s war tactics.
Takes strength to admit weakness. Some would say it's fundamental. ✌️🙏
Admission is part of repentance.
