Naughty Nato! Staggering information is coming out of Turkish media outlets today claiming that at least fifty (50) senior officers of the French military, are trapped underground at the Azovstal steel mill plant in Mariupol Ukraine, surrounded by Russian troops.

So - someone ELI5 me on this stuff - if verified, what can happen to NATO? (other than hand wringing that they overstepped a promise to Putin).
And - how is this conflict supposed to end? I thought it was supposed to be Putin cleaning out biolabs and nazi/Azovs, rendering Ukraine harmless against Russia, and then Putin was (thought) to back out. And.. these military 'prizes' stuck underground in Maripol, these were supposed to be the last stand and the country was cleared out. What of that is still the case, what has changed? Is the goal regime change too?

NATO wants nuclear missiles on the countries that border Russia. Since the Minsk Accord was signed in 2014, the areas that were annexed- the Donbas etc. area became autonomous, but 90% of the people were Russian. In the same year the AZOV Battalion was formed and other Nazis groups. This is the location of the AZOVSTAL Steelworks. 14,000 people in this area have been killed by AZOV. They do the dirty work of the Ukrainian gov. under Zelinsky. This is where the world has been watching ‘bad Putin is killing innocent people’. When these people were shown around the world fleeing, it was NOT from the Russian Military but from the AZOV and Ukrainian Military. These people have been systematically wiped out. The AZOV have been firing missiles, setting land mines, raiding and confiscating their homes, killing their livestock and using their children as sniper practice. Many women and children have been kidnapped. This war is not new, it’s been going on since 2014. Ukraine never held up their side of the Agreement thanks to Obama who gave their Military $billions. Finally with information Putin received he realised NATO wanted to invade Russia a few years back. He has been preparing long before that for such a time. Listen to Patrick Lancaster on YT. He lives in Ukraine (but has moved his wife and children to Russia) and is reporting from the frontline. It’s gruesome so be prepared but listen to the people living under terrorism since 2014. Go back to come forward so you get a picture, not just his latest reporting. Listen to the medical staff of the hospital where AZOV and Ukrainian Military killed many. These atrocities were told by the world media it was Putins doing, but the Russian Military have only been there a couple of weeks in the Donbas regions and have liberated many areas. The steelworks is all that is left. So those waving the Ukraine flag have listened to lies by MSM. No research, no study of the history. Just going along with the sheep. So sad to see people cheering on the NAZIS and remaining SILENT as 14,000 Russian speaking people have died at the hands of the NAZIS. BTW. The USA is already in the conflict. $33billion and much more. It started with Obama arming Ukraine. Ask yourself. Why are the Biden’s as well as Pelosi, Mitt Romney, John Kerry’s and other politicians CHILDREN on energy boards in Ukraine. ALL corruption leads back to Ukraine. The TRUTH is coming out and this time the MSM won’t be able to coverup and lie.

Thanks very much. Quite helpful. Couple of questions - what is the point of Ukr killing the Russian speaking Ukraine citizens who are living/producing for Ukraine? Is this all just NATO vs Russia, and Zelensky had to choose a side, and he chose NATO (since the Obama period) because they had more money? What do you see as the end of this conflict? A quick, negotiated agreement since the NATO countries' populations most likely aren't behind an expanded war? And, a quick settlement, since Putin has captured NATO country top brass in Ukraine in direct violation of the 2014 agreement?
Because they speak Russian. And they can FF the attacks and blame Russia. It’s two birds one stone for the Nazis.
Also because there is immense natural resource wealth in the Donbass, and if the ethnic Russians are exterminated, the Ukrainian elite can take it over. Very simple: Kill the redskins and take their silver. That should be so surprising to us?
