Any Government facility, State or Federal, should only fly State/Federal/Official flags to avoid any "well you let them do it, why not us?" scenarios. Period.
The difference is our constitution has Gid enshrined within its pages. Satan is the direct opposite of what it stands for. I for one would not see the hypocrisy of not allowing it to fly
This brings up a very fundamental question about our constitutional rights. If a religion by its practices violates constitutional rights of others and yet can be construed to be a constitutional right in and of itself we may need to make an exception for religions that sacrifice humans, make holy war against other faiths, etc. That would require a constitutional amendment.
This is why religious freedom is actually a pretty bad idea. Because you're just socializing all the religions on the same footing. So evil and messed up religions like Islam and satanism get an equal say.
The same rules apply. They are a religion exempt, therefore cannot fly the flag on a government building. Just like they had the ten commandments removed from a courthouse.
I disagree. They're literal satanists. By their own admission they're doctrine requires human sacrifice, ergo, they're a radical cult whose beliefs are illegal by their very nature, unless you're going to start calling for human sacrifice to be made legal.
Really and truly, as much as I don't like it (since I think we should have Christian artifacts and whatnot on display given we ARE a Christian nation and that was one of our founding principles) the obvious answer is to just do what u/SOTUisFUBAR said. Ban all non governmental flags from being flown outside of a government building.
Let it play out. Sun-Light is the best disinfectant .....
That’s why you don’t make exceptions for any group with stuff like that.

Saw that one coming!
