There is no common ground with these people. NONE. Abortion at birth is infanticide, pure and simple. They are willing to, Nay, DEMAND THE RIGHT TO, murder babies right as the woman is giving birth. There can be no compromise with fanatics like that. They are not in the same civilization-defining social compact as me.
The act of being pushed out of a warm wet room into another one does not change what you are under natural rights.
Imagine you're a woman, you were meant to give birth on Sunday, but because you ate spicy food and were shocked by dropping icy water on yourself you induce yourself into labour and instead deliver your child on the Tuesday before.
There is no difference between the child born on Tuesday, early, and on Sunday as was supposed to happen. They're full term neonates, abortion at birth is infanticide, abortion before birth is infanticide and infanticide is not "infanticide" when we cut to it, it's simply murder. The intentional killing of another person in a calculated fashion is murder in the 1st degree. People who engage in this should be imprisoned for life or face the death penalty.

No limits on abortion is not adequately contained by "Up to the moment of birth", what about "up to 8 years of age?", kids under that age generally aren't "Muh viable".
