I don't understand. Latin America is a shit hole outside of a few nice resorts. Terrible ideas exist there. Which is why we need a barrier to keep those ideas on the other side.
How big is the lot? I wish someone would buy my place. Where I live in Florida has become a madhouse and it's always been too hot living here. I moved here in '99 from Ohio because my mom and sister moved here. I've never liked the climate, but at least it was peaceful, but now it's become really crowded. They're building houses everywhere & traffic has gotten super busy. I want to move out of Florida.
I miss the snow... full, pretty trees, soft grass & no red, biting ants. Plus, I hate the painful burrs that attach to you when you walk across the yard. I hate Florida, but I love the people.
Everyone is different. I love the climate here. I don’t miss the cold. I agree on the madhouse, traffic, and crowds. The prices everywhere are insane right now…the bubble is going to burst soon.
I always said, if I moved to FL, nothing below Orlando. TBH I just need a small 1x1 foot of land and say I am a resident. screw all these other state taxes.
No state tax is a bonus, but property taxes have went up here. My taxes have doubled in 6 years, it's weird. I guess it's because Florida has gotten so valuable to people. The good thing about Florida though, is that you can homestead your property and that gives you a discount on property taxes.
Im in the panhandle north of panama City. Not too many people up here still. Acre was only 8K. But, it wasnt cleared yet. So add another 4K we spent on that.
My best friend is in Ormond Beach. She wants to come back to Pennsylvania because shes alone there now. I keep telling her to sell. Before the bubble bursts. But now reading my job could go 3rd quarter of this year. I might move there . Wish things would BOOOOM already. It's hard to sit still on a cliff while it quickly disintegrates from beneath me.
Yep. We bought our old house in TX in 2016 for 165K. 3bed/1 office/2 living rooms/ 2 bath. Sold in 2019 for close to 200k. That same house has almost quadrupled now!
I bet senators pushing climate change and intentionally destroying their own state's economy are bidding up the property values looking for an escape plan from the hole they dug
I hear the Reedy Creed District has some land up for 'grabs'.

Dang, i might share the sentiment if i also spent time there
Yep, many latin men lose their virginity to a donkey. Its tradition. Some latin countries believe sex with a donkey will make your penis larger.
The rest of the world is not like the US.
Some places are not ready to join us yet.

It was surprisingly cool when I went out today. This year has been cooler than normal, so maybe it's that way throughout the United States. ??
POTUS... "It'll start getting cooler. ... You just watch."

Yes, I remember him saying that and Trump is usually right. :)

Yep, I think I'll be selling within the next year or two. I just need to get this place fixed up.
I feel so sorry for young people here. Nice older 3/2 pool, suburban Tampa Bay area minimum $550,00 up

Dollar is crashing and almost worthless.
Freedom isn't free, apparently. [Insert Team America lyrics here]
I just bought a dry, dusty acre in Arizona for $2000. Just fyi.
And in AZ you actually own it without property tax right?

Yeah and they are doing it in the Dakotas as well. Pretty much everywhere outside of Blue States.
CRASH CRASH CRASH FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CRASH
Apples and oranges
You forgot lemons :)
There was a palace for sale in Poland for a quarter of this price a few months back.. this is mental
It's nuts everywhere. We're screwing with property prices to keep the dregs out. Or, have y'all not figured that out?
