SO wanted to ask a few pertinent Qs about fear porn, natural immunity etc. but could not without her kids hearing, may have upset and frightened them. This scamdemic has been well planned and implemented. Talk about brainwashing. Evil through and through.
In the scenario you just described, unfortunately, there is no possible way you could have intervened with a positive outcome. Some things you just have to shrug your shoulders and ignore as best you can, and turn it over to God.
Why are we to judge a positive vs a negative outcome? Seeing Karen lose it and have a melt down in front of her kids could be a positive thing.
Her kids realizing that mom is a bit of a hypochondriac could be a good thing.
That lady probably thinks what she is doing to her children is a good thing. How is she to learn if no one is willing to express an opposing point of view?
A young child would see this frightening/adversarial situation and automatically take the side of the mother. Any "educational moment" would be superseded by the confrontational aspect, and the mother would be sure to reinforce her position against the "crazy person" later.
I see this as a "lose-lose" situation.
The asch conformity tests tell us that when we don’t speak out those with less confidence are not able to. If someone does go against the majority view then they feel they can.
Every time you see obscenity and stay quiet, a little part of you dies. Stop smothering yourself. Or go whimper in a corner complaining impotently about how bad it all is and how no one does anything.
A lot of it depends on how you approach the person and how you pose your questions/statements.

Their agenda included both obscene profits and depopulation. Many willingly volunteered themselves and their children under the false promise of protection from a "deadly" disease. Under Emergency Use Authorization the law clearly states that those who agree to participate must be fully informed of the risks. That obviously didn't happen. It's an open question as to whether that woman and her kids will have any vaccine injuries down the road. What is sure is that there are many deaths and injuries caused by the experimental jabs which were both expected as noted in Pfizer docs recently released and predicted by knowledgeable experts who were banned, shunned and ignored by authorities unwilling or unable to put their own careers on the line and speak truth to power.
This dilemma is not going away no matter how much it is currently ignored. There are just too many dead and injured bodies with more happening every day. The shots offer so little protection against Covid that the risk of such devastating outcomes are simply too large to justify.
It's a slow and frustrating process but as more comes to light the truth will become impossible to ignore. The brainwashed will not want to admit they were deceived but if those healthy kids keep dropping from heart problems, clots, etc. enough court cases will be brought with evidence that sooner or later one will become the precedent which starts the ball rolling. If someone is successful in winning a wrongful death case worth $Millions a lot of people will jump on the bandwagon. Those hundreds of $billions Pfizer got in profits will disappear in the blink of an eye. Justice will not be denied forever. Too much death and destruction has occurred.

I was in a similar situation myself not too long ago. A father, who wasn't wearing a mask, had his three children masked in a public setting. It was only us and the receptionist and I thought long and hard about saying something to him. He was going through a divorce, judging from the convo with kids, so that gave me pause. We can't save everyone :(

Maybe it's time to scare the kids and make her life more difficult. Maybe she should have the intrusive thought, "did I sacrafice my children to the false God of security?".
