Just wonder about the mechanics of a decertified Presidential election. Say a judge decertifies the election due to fraud. Does the process go back to the state to have another election, or does it go back to the House of Reps? I'm sorry I don't know much about this line of our Constitution, but maybe some who has knowledge can chime in. Maybe this is why Trump is trying so hard to get Conservative elected so that when the case is sent to the House he will have a packed House and Senate. If that is the case the the earliest Trump can retake the Presidency would be in January of 2023. Or would the House be called into special session on the day after the elections so the current Representatives can vote on the Presidency?

AFAIK, Its never happened.
There is no consideration of it in the Constitution, and there is no precedent.
Because it is Revolution level stuff.... the military is the only way.
Let's do it and find out.
It COULD be that it doesnt even matter if states decertify of not, except from an optics and informational point of view if devolution is indeed in place....

If 2020 gets overturned, the Military takes over to preserve the Constitution. How that plays out I don't know, but I doubt it will be as simple as a revote. Remember, it's not just the Presidential Election. Decertifying 2020 will call into question every election that happened that year, as well as cast doubt on the legitimacy of every elected official in our country.
Never happened before. It will be interesting to see.
If it’s decertified, the incumbent president stays on for an additional term, plus a term for every term that was stolen from him. So Trump would simply be reinstated for two more terms.
Where are you getting the information that would lead to that scenario?
Oh..you know..
I would like to thank the patriots in the military who were forced to take the jab.
They weren't forced to. True, the ones who haven't taken it have been or are still in the process of being kicked out but no one assaulted them and jabbed a needle into them. It's a battle of wills, duty vs tyranny, a staring contest, a mental waiting game right now.
