Accutane works. I used it to remedy my horrible back acne.
But, I will agree, the side effects are notable.
The restrained production of fat/oils affects your psyche.
You're perpetually pissed at EVERYTHING. And, yes, I'd say that's the technical term.
PISSED!
You're angry, confrontational, lash out at objects around you, and have no patience for anything.
I don't recommend it for everyone, but if you've tried absolutely everything to no avail, it's a magic bullet. Magic, however, of the variety you find in a monkey's paw...
Oh, and your asshole bleeds. If it were already bleeding, it bleeds more.
I think we need to keep things in perspective. "Safe" is a relative term. Nothing is 100% safe. The FDA has never claimed that any medication was free from possible side effects.
The advantages some medications offer outweigh the possible negative effects. Penicillin kills thousands each year due to allergies, but saves a vastly larger number of people from dying of infections. It's up to the patient to decide for themselves if the possible negative side effects of the medicine is worth risking in order to benefit from the positive effects. And anyone who thinks that any medication is 100% safe is simply ignorant. Like I mentioned before, nothing is 100% safe for everyone.
And I would be 100% hesitant to buy any formula from China, so I agree with them with that. China has a horrible track record of being caught adulterating their formula with ingredients like chalk and talc and such.
There are whole support groups on Reddit for people who were damaged by accutane. I haven’t looked too far into it, but I know it severely messes up some people

It worked for me too but I think it fucked up my insides
Ass bleed?
Liver fat "imploding"?
Or was it kidney stones?
Lol well if you must know I’d categorize it as ass bleed.
I’ve had good luck with Differin for acne. No ass bleeding involved 😄
Im convinced Zantac was sabotaged because of its therapeutic effects against kungflu.
That's an interesting theory. hmm......
I was on Zantac for a decade. Now worried about cancer.
Dont
They also said it was unsafe to attempt making formula at home.

Tamoxifen caused more cancer than it cured. Ambien had a lot of funky side effects too.

Don't forget the prefrontal lobotomys they loved to use.
