I agree… been so many rumors. One yesterday was “he was being chased by border patrol and made it into the city”. There’s A LOT of things that don’t make sense in this story (like just walking into a school). I can’t get into my daughters high school (where I’ve had kids for eight years) without being buzzed in and showing an ID.
One thing that is striking me as odd though… The first mass shooting was In NY. Very strict gun laws. Plus it was “racially motivated”. Isn’t the south supposed the racists?
The second was done by an 18 yo Hispanic in a border town. He was killed by border patrol. The constant reports of what’s happening at the border coinciding with the shooting brings more attention to the border issue.
Perhaps the first didn’t gain traction so they needed a gut wrenching one? To me, these two shootings are only strengthening the need for conceal and carry not vice versa. Seems off to me
